Stop the Unions and get better Education for the Children.
State law strangely requires teachers and other public employees to join unions. This is absurd. If teachers want to be treated like professionals they say they are then why join a union. Are they bricklayers? Long-shoremen? NO….they are educators, so why join a union.
Unions are destroying the economies of towns and cities. This we know.
We need to demand that unions be truly voluntary or converted to Associations…like other professionals.
Then we need to be certain that teachers and other public employees are employees at will so they can be removed with or without cause. Union employees also need to pay 50% of their healthcare and no monies should be given to pensions.
We have been feeding these unions. Time to say NO MORE. Act professional, convert unions to associations.
We want the best for our children…do you?
